Looking for back country, big country, where all the stars still shine? This is one of the most eastern dark sky sites in Texas. It is surrounded by big ranches, and very few houses. It is covered predominately with live oaks with a few cedar and very little trash brush. The land The owner is open to selling more ares as needed. The owner will build a first class crushed granite road and electrical line on signing of a contract. There are no improvements but a strong well is guarnteed since the land lies over the Hickory Aquifer and the Olenberger Aquifer. Although there are no deep draws, a solar pump will easily keep a small tank full.
