The ranch ranges in elevation from approximately 3,000 feet at the deeded ground to over 6,000 feet on the grazing permit.  This allows the cattle to follow the grazing patterns that wildlife have don for of thousands of years.  This results in healthy forage and healthy cattle that stay in green grass throughout most of the year (no cattle are included in the sale of this ranch).
