The John M Hanson Enterprises, LLC Farms will be offered at public auction November 30, 2022 at Evergreen FS Auditorium in Bloomington, IL at 10AM. This 160+/- Acre Tract 1 and 78.7+/- Acre Tract #2 located between Arrowsmith and Saybrook in eastern McLean County, IL is comprised of productive Saybrook, Sable, Sawmill and Wyanet soils that are predominant in the area. Strong yield histories combined with many years of soil conservation farming practices by the previous tenants on this land make them uniquely positioned for the future. Soil fertility has been well maintained and some reimbursement for limestone applications will be required from the Buyer(s). To get to Tract #2, go south from Route 9 through Arrowsmith, continuing 1/2 mile to 1100N Rd. Go left (east) and go 1 mile to 3400N Rd. turn right (south) and go 1/4 mile to the farm on the east (left) side of the road.
