Water: This property offers excellent access to over 900 of Medina River, which runs along the western boundary of the property. The area leading up to the river offers a park like atmosphere, excellent for those summer days of fishing off the bank or hanging out riverside! There is also a small water catchment area that holds water throughout the year, but with a little work could be an excellent year-round pond. There is one water well on the property located near the house. Water was located at a depth of 258 but production of water well is unknown.
