Ichusa Creek tract

Welcome to the Ichusa Creek Tract! This recreational tract is situated in Smith County, just east of Raleigh on Highway 18. The property consists of approximately 40 (+/-) acres of 21-year-old pine plantation that were thinned in 2021 and approximately 36 (+/-) acres of natural hardwood regeneration. There are several large food plots already in place, along with deer stands and a well-maintained trail system. A barn is located on the north end of the property, and there is ample frontage along Ichusa Creek. In terms of access, the property offers dual frontage on Highway 18 and County Road 97. Utilities are available along both roads.
