Kincaid Ranch

Heritage

The Kincaids are a prominent Uvalde family with deep roots in Texas history. This ranch was one piece of the larger Kincaid holdings, which at one time spanned thousands of acres across the region and included the historic Kincaid Hotel in downtown Uvalde. The land has been held and worked by the same family for more than a hundred years, and it carries that legacy forward.

Location

The ranch sits about 11± miles southeast of Uvalde off Highway 140 in Uvalde County, roughly 25 minutes from Sabinal. San Antonio is around 89± miles east, a little over an hour, and Austin is less than three hours away. The country is gently rolling South Texas brush along the Frio River.
