The wooded corner lot with houses nearby would be a good site for your new home. The lot is flat so it would be easier to build on than other similar lots. Being a corner lot would make it easier to have a circle driveway or an entrance/exit on either street. Dimensions are approximate, only a current survey would be accurate.
