Nueces River Ranch

The southeastern border of this ranch is the Nueces River. The huge trees and high banks define the river. Also a magnet for all kinds of wild game and turkey. The ranch is very private, with an 8-ft. deer-proof fence on the west side.

The dove hunting is outstanding, attracted to two nice stock tanks and a gorgeous, big, constant-level lake.

There is a new 8-in. Carrizo well that provides plenty of surface water. The well could also supply water for irrigation.

The 3-bedroom house is very well done, including a patio and carport. There is also a 4040 shop, equipment shed for vehicles, and a walk-in cooler.
