Ouachita National Forest Plantation

We are proud to bring you a very special property. A one of a kind, never before offered to the public, gem in the Ouachita National Forest.

This property has been in the same family since its original owner homesteaded the ground years ago! It is framed by miles of National forest yet is easily accessible via a very nice national forest service road and is just a few minutes drive from Mt. Ida and lake Ouachita.

Its fenced and currently grazing several head of cattle. It comes complete with a 3 bedroom 1 bath brick house as well as several barns to store equipment, hay and shelter livestock.

As you might imagine, the wildlife is abundant...deer and turkey especially occupy its fields, wooded draws and creeks in impressive numbers!
