Located approximately 8 miles west of Kaycee, Wyoming, on the tree-lined banks of the North Fork of the Powder River and nestled at the base of Wyoming's majestic Bighorn Mountains, Pass Creek Ranch encompasses a striking diversity of landscapes that combine agricultural productivity with exceptional recreational appeal.

The ranch consists of 4,389± total acres, including 3,231± deeded acres, 680± State of Wyoming lease acres, and 478± BLM acres. A defining feature of the ranch is its abundance of live water and valuable water rights. Pass Creek Ranch benefits from extensive water rights, including territorial rights from the North Fork of the Powder River, as well as rights from Pass Creek and the Dull Knife Reservoir system. These water resources support approximately 473± pivot-irrigated acres and 85± flood-irrigated acres of hay ground, enhanced by four center pivots.

The City of Kaycee supplies water to the headquarters through an extensive water line system that includes a 10,000-gallon storage tank and approximately 10 tire tanks for domestic and livestock use.
