There is a large sun room with screen-covered windows on 3 sides. These windows are covered with plexiglass that can be removed. In 2015, double patio doors were added at the kitchen and open onto a covered wooden deck (built in 2015) and is a great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. The house comes with a propane gas range, refrigerator, 2 propane room heaters, washer & dryer.

OUTBUILDINGS: A large metal barn with concrete floor serves as a workshop and storage for outdoor tools, mowers, small tractor, ATVs, etc. There is also a covered parking shed. The 2016 model 20' shipping container is available to purchase or I can remove it.
