The asking price for this 27.9 deeded acres in one contiguous tract is

$139,500 or $5,000 per deeded acre. The crop acreage amounts to 24.83 +/-

dryland crop acres (88.9%), currently planted to soybeans. Along the north

boundary of the property is a low lying area of some 4.57 acres. This does not

connect to any other low lying areas in the immediate area, so any potential for

wildlife habitat is very limited.

All of the USDA/FSA crop based will convey with the transaction.
