Powerline Tract

The Powerline Tract is described as the Southwest of the Northeast and the East of the Northwest less and except 8 acres in a square in the Northwest corner of the Northeast of the Northwest of Section 32, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Grant County, Arkansas. The timber consists of 39 acres of recently thinned 2007 pine plantation, 34 acres of hardwood with pine component removed, 36 acres of hardwood along the creek, and 3 acres in the powerline easement.
