The property is located in rural western Iron County, about 45 miles north of Beryl Junction and about 13 miles northwest of the town of Lund.
The property is undeveloped and features native vegetation. The terrain is varied, with a drainage running through the parcel and extending up hillsides that offer great views. A spring on the property surfaces and flows during wet years, attracting a variety of wildlife (note that the water rights for the spring belong to the BLM). The parcel has historically been used as open range land for grazing, and is surrounded on all sides by BLM land.
