Rancho Dos Arroyos

The Rancho Dos Arroyos is located on the southern Goliad/Refugio county line with Blanco creek being the southern border of the ranch and Sarco Creek being the western border of the ranch. The property has 32’ elevation change from Sarco Creek to the northwest side of the property near the entrance. According to the current FEMA map, the majority of the property lies within the 100 year floodplain, with the exception of a small area on the northeast borderline.
