Riley Ranch

The Riley Ranch offers 161 acres of classic North Texas ranch country on CR 374 in Throckmorton County, just north of Woodson. With rolling terrain, productive acreage, native pasture, mature mesquite and abundant wildlife habitat, the property provides a versatile setting for ranching, recreation, hunting or a future weekend retreat.

Approximately 60% of the ranch consists of native pasture with mature mesquite and heavier brush, creating excellent cover for whitetail deer, feral hogs, dove and other native wildlife.
