The ranch features gently rolling topography, with elevations ranging from approximately 20 feet along Melon Creek to 50 feet across the higher portions of the property. The rangeland is primarily coastal Bermuda, with areas of native grasses and KR bluestem. A 200± acre pasture has historically been used for hay production and intensive grazing.
