This 77 .37 acres is nearly all tillable, 90 percent Woodson Silt Loam so is one of the higher producing upland soils in the area. It is located just a half mile from Bee Creek so the soils are a little richer than most. It does have some old oil well casings and some salt water kill, has not been produced for oil or gas for many years and only comes with half the minerals which transfers, because of the death of last renter 2 years ago has not been farmed.
