Halls Machine Shop

This self-insulating clay tile building is a 20th century Linden institution, where Mr. Claude Hall did all sorts of metal fabrication. The building faces Rush Street and is divided into two sections, with both personnel doors and large sliding doors for easy loading. There is also a large covered area attached to the south side.

Sited alongside Ten Yard Branch, Lindens only spring-fed stream, this building was Lindens very first Ice Plant. Its sturdy masonry walls make it ideal as a large workshop or possibly a 2-shop commercial conversion.

This is a large wood frame building clad in corrugated metal. It has a lofty open truss ceiling and a pair of opposing horizontal sliding doors that are wide enough for large vehicles to enter.
