The Andersen Farm includes 288.38 +/- real estate tax acres located immediately east of Gifford, IN, 9 miles south of Wheatfield, IN, and 14.5 miles northeast of Rensselaer, IN. There are no buildings and open tenancy for the 2027 season.

Take US Route 24 to Rensselaer, Indiana. From Rensselaer, go north on US Route 231 for 6.2 miles to Indiana Route 14 and go 5.5 miles to IN Route 49 and go north 3 miles to 400N Road. If you look at the SW corner of the intersection that is Tract 1, Tract 2 is at the southeast corner of the intersection. Tract 3 is east ~ 1/2 mile on the north side of 400N after you cross the creek/drainage ditch.
