The Brite 360

The Brite 360 is a 36+/- acre tract at Marfa's northwest corner, contiguous to the Brite Acres Addition. This land was part of an historic bull pasture, recently held for over a century by a notable legacy ranch. This is the largest tract of land to be publicly marketed within the Marfa City limits in decades, exceeded only in acreage by the Chinati Foundation.

The terrain is a classic Marfa Plateau landscape- an undulating field of prairie grasses, dotted with cactus, and surrounded by 360 degree mountain views. With elevation averaging over 4,760 feet, this is one of the highest points within the City limits. Missouri street is east of the fence line, offering a City maintained gravel road as the eastern boundary of the tract with AEP electric, City water, gas and sewer within 1-2 blocks.
