Elevation at the front of the property is 1,400 ft. and gently falls to 1,370 ft., at the back of the home. This unique vantage point places the River Haus a spectacular 50 feet directly above the Llano River, offering dramatic, sweeping views of the valley below while maintaining an ideal, elevated perspective of the waterfront. WILDLIFE
