AGRICULTURE
The Wright Farm is ideally situated in the Arkansas River valley. It maintains excellent quality soil and an abundance of water availability for irrigation purposes resulting in fantastic crop yields. This high-quality farm has historically produced great yields with corn, soybean, and wheat crop rotation. IMPROVEMENTS
There are four irrigation wells located on the Wright Farm, none of which are currently in use. The Wright Farm is irrigated through a pump in the Arkansas River with water being piped underground to the pivots.
