The tract is located about six (6) miles west of White Hall, Arkansas and about ten (10) miles southeast of Sheridan, Arkansas. Access is woods road via gravel Davis Hunting Club Road. Timber consists of ±20 year old pine plantation ready to thin. Terrain is gently rolling with Pumpkinvine Creek flowing through part of property. Tract offers opportunity for great timberland investment and excellent hunting / recreation. Timber Volumes are available online and / or upon request.
