Willows Almonds

This ranch consists of 141 net planted acres of almonds in two separate blocks. 96 Acres were planted in 2005 and the varieties are 50% Non-pareil, 25% Carmel and 25% Winters. 45 Acres were planted in 2006 and the varieties are 62.5% Padre, 25% Carmel and 12.5% Mission. Water is provided by two wells on this ranch. One of the wells has a 100 HP electric turbine and one has a 150 HP gear head powered by a Diesel engine. Water is distributed via micro-jet sprinklers. This is a very well cared for ranch with many more years of productive life still ahead of It . It also has an excellent location which borders the town of Willows.
