Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Dierks Tract described as W of NW of SW, Section 27; NE of SE, Part of NW of SE excluding 5 acres in northwest corner, Part of SW of SE, N of SE of SE, Section 28; all located in Township 7 South, Range 28 West, containing a total of 120 acres, more or less, Howard County, Arkansas (see attached maps).
The tract is located about one (1) mile east of Dierks. Access is one - half (1/2) of mile frontage on Highway 278. Timber consists of 1988 pine plantation thats been thinned twice. Terrain is gently rolling. Utilities available at road rightofway; this tract is ready for immediate timber harvesting. Great for hunting and recreation, with some development potential.
