Mena Timber East

Mena Timber East is a 3,254+/-acre tract that borders over 340k acres of the Ouachita National Forest. This tract is primarily pine timber with a good mixture of hardwoods. The property is accessed by a county-maintained gravel road. This tract is a must-see, located just a couple of miles north of Waldron, Arkansas.

Encompassing 3,254+/- acres, Packsaddle Creek, Square Rock Creek and Clear Creek all have a significant amount of water flow from the multiple creeks and springs that run throughout this property. Arguably, this tract has the finer old-growth stands of Pine timber in the area and also offers numerous recreational opportunities. The fertile soil in the lower areas would make great pasture ground or food plot areas with some clearing. A series of trails runs throughout, not only providing great access to the property but also offering miles of trail-riding pleasure.
